Supporting the Board of Trustees is an advisory board of seasoned experts in social development, advocacy, health system strengthening, gender and technology, business, economics, leadership, and skills development.

The core team manages day-to-day operations and ensures the successful implementation of projects. Field coordinators cultivate relationships with community volunteers and leaders and liaise with government partners at various levels.
